"Prescription was quick... but also felt like I was waiting"
The prescription went through fast and I didn’t have any real issues. It somehow felt like it took a minute while I was waiting, but looking back, it was approved quickly

I was hoping for a care plan that felt more tailored to my situation, but it came across a bit copy-and-paste. The provider was kind and professional, but they didn’t really ask enough questions before giving me the plan. I’ve had a really solid experience with Mochi so far. If you’re someone who gets overwhelmed by medical apps or portals, this one has been straightforward for me and not confusing to figure out.
I can check my messages, appointments, and updates without feeling like I’m digging through a maze. Uploading information and seeing what I need to do next has also been simple, which makes the whole process feel a lot less stressful.

my side effects started getting bad, and when i reached out for help, it felt like support barely listened. i was hoping for more guidance or at least some reassurance, but i mostly just felt ignored.

"Canceling took a little more effort than expected"
I used Mochi for a little while, but eventually decided it wasn’t really for me. Canceling wasn’t awful or anything, but it did take more clicking around than I expected (I kept wondering if I was missing something). I also had to double check that the cancellation actually went through. Support was fine, though not the quickest to respond. Overall, not a terrible experience, just something that could be smoother

"Wish the pricing was easier to figure out"
Mochi seems decent overall, and I’m probably a little picky about this, but I really don’t like having to dig around to find pricing. I wish it was more upfront before signing up because I had to click through a few pages just to understand what I’d actually be paying.

"Shipping has been super reliable for me"
My sister was actually the one who told me to try Mochi for my meds, and so far the shipping has been really dependable. I usually get the tracking fast, and the package shows up right around when they say it will.
One of my orders even came a day early, which was a nice surprise. It’s not some huge flashy thing, but it makes a difference not having to worry about my refills running late.

I’ve been using Mochi for a few months now and haven’t lost much weight at all. It kind of feels like it works when it wants to, because I’d have a little progress here and there, then just stall out with no real changes to the plan. The appointments also felt rushed, so I never felt like we were really digging into what wasn’t working. For the price, it just hasn’t been worth it for me

"Booking was super easy"
I booked my appointment on joinmochi.com and it was simple. I just picked a time that worked for me, and the confirmation came through right after. There wasn’t a bunch of confusing stuff or those long forms where you’re like, wait, what is this asking? Overall, it was smooth, and that part made it feel a lot easier.

After I signed up, I had a few questions and they got back to me fast. They even checked in later to make sure everything was okay. It wasn’t pushy at all, just genuinely helpful, which I REALLY appreciated.
